Agarwal Kitchen provides premium home-cooked meal delivery in Bangalore.

By using our website, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

Services include single-day orders, weekly plans, and monthly subscriptions.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and place orders.

Lunch Delivery: Orders must be placed by 10:00 PM the previous night.

Dinner Delivery: Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM on the day of delivery.

Orders placed after these cutoff times will be scheduled for the next available slot.

All orders are subject to availability and kitchen capacity.

Prices: Displayed in INR and include all applicable taxes.

UPI Only: We accept secure UPI payments for all digital transactions.

Confirmation: Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully verified.

Receipts: Digital invoices are sent to your registered email for every order.

Lunch Slots: Delivered between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

Dinner Slots: Delivered between 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM.

Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery location data.

Delays: While we aim for punctuality, external factors like traffic may cause minor delays.

Pre-Cutoff: 100% refund for single-day orders cancelled before cutoff. Subscriptions are strictly exempt and non-refundable.

Post-Cutoff: No refunds are possible once kitchen preparation has begun.

Processing: Refunds are credited back to the original source within 3-5 business days.

Disputes: Please contact support for any billing or transaction discrepancies.

Plans: We offer Combined (52 meals: 26 Lunch + 26 Dinner), Lunch Only (26 meals), and Dinner Only (26 meals) subscriptions.

Delivery Cycle: Your subscription month begins from the date your first meal is delivered. Sundays are off. A month is completed only after all 26/52 meals are delivered.

Carry Forward: Missing one meal in a combined plan does not count as missing both. Missed meals due to public holidays or unavoidable circumstances are carried forward.

Activation & No Refunds: Subscription is activated only upon successful receipt of payment. Once paid, subscriptions are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Mid-cycle cancellations forfeit remaining meals.

Allergens: We handle dairy, nuts, and gluten. Precautions are taken but not guaranteed.

Storage: Meals should be consumed fresh or stored in refrigeration immediately.

Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

Quality: Please report any quality concerns within 1 hour of delivery.

Ownership: All brand assets, recipes, and website content are intellectual property.

Updates: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
