If you cancel your order before the cutoff time (10:00 AM same day for lunch, 5:00 PM same day for dinner), you will receive a full refund.
Orders cancelled after the cutoff time have already entered preparation and are not eligible for refund, as ingredients have been allocated.
If you receive food that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We will issue a full refund or replacement.
If items are missing or incorrect in your order, contact us immediately. We will refund the affected items or redeliver the correct order.
If delivery fails because the address provided is incorrect or the customer is unreachable after multiple attempts, no refund will be issued.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
No Refund Policy: Once a subscription payment has been made, no refund will be issued under any circumstances — including but not limited to change of mind, relocation, personal reasons, or dissatisfaction. Cancellation will only stop future billing cycles. If you cancel mid-way through a subscription month, the remaining meals for that cycle will be forfeited and no monetary compensation will be provided. By making the payment, you acknowledge and fully accept the No-Refund Policy of Agarwal Kitchen. No meals will be delivered prior to payment confirmation.
You can cancel your order and request a refund directly from the My Orders page. For quality issues or disputes, please contact our support team at support@agarwalkitchen.com with your order ID and a description of the issue.
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing us. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days. Our decision on refund disputes is final and binding.
Trial meal orders are non-refundable once delivered. Custom or special requests that have been prepared cannot be refunded. Delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
